PTO is considered a part of your total compensation package. Meaning it’s part of your salary. When you don’t take it, you’re leaving money on the table that your employers will happily take back.

The thing I hate the fucking most about this website is everyone on here is constantly trying to one up one another in a “I’m the most oppressed person ever” contest, battling over inane discourse that will never materialize positive change in anyone’s lives. I was mistaken when I believed some of you were having good faith discussions. None of you touch grass and I hope none of you ever do so I won’t have to deal with you, in the real tangible world. It will never cease to amaze me that some people decided their reaction to disliking me personally for idk an opinion or two I might have reblogged was to like unfollow and stop supporting Mahmoud Qassas, Mohammed El Shaer, Mohammed Ayesh, Mona’s mutual aid campaign, etc… you people would rather starve people than put aside your pride and your self-righteousness to help other people out.
